General Information About the Community Pool.

2025
The pool will be open to both Residents and Non-Residents starting Friday, July 11, 2025. To gain access, both groups must submit an application to info@krsproperty.com. Residents can pay for their Pool Pass via the homeowner portal or by mailing a check to KRS Property Management at 9690 Deerco Rd, Suite 160, Timonium, MD 21093. Please make all checks payable to Constant Branch Homeowners Association.
